По какой-то причине. Ключи не работают. Я впервые использую getch (). Я вроде понимаю это, но не совсем.

Когда вы устанавливаете

move = msvcrt.getch()

вы устанавливаете move на следующий нажатый символ. Строка move ничего не делает. Затем вы продолжаете зацикливаться и каждый раз использовать один и тот же символ. Вам нужно установить move = msvcrt.getch() внутри цикла.
