Уникальная сортировка слов VBA

Попытка найти уникальные имена в столбце B и скопировать все строки с указанным именем на новый лист.

то есть Алекс работает дважды на этой неделе, он заполнит две строки данными, я хочу переместить две его строки данных на их собственный рабочий лист. Фред заходит только один раз и создает 1 строку данных, я хочу переместить его строку на новый лист.

Проблема, он копирует строку 2 на несколько новых рабочих листов.

Я бы, вероятно, сделал это так, но для этого потребуется дополнительная проверка ошибок.
