Как отображать символы типа «&» в pdf. Я использую itextsharp для создания pdf. Пожалуйста помоги.

Вы должны дать нам больше для работы. Что значит "не работает". Отображается что-то еще или персонаж просто не появляется? Вы анализируете HTML или просто используете обычные классы Phrase и Paragraph? Ниже приведен полный пример, в котором используются обычные классы iTextSharp, а также HTMLWorker для отображения амперсандов. У меня все три работают нормально:
