glmnet не работи в R caret пакет: липсват всички метрични стойности на RMSE:

Намерете проблеми при използване на glmnet в пакет caret. Оригиналният glmnet работи за същите входни данни. Random Forest работи за същите данни в карета.

Намерете решението в една нишка: Caret грешка при използване на GBM, но не и без карет.

Премахването на опцията VERBOSE решава проблема
