За показване на специални символи в pdf с помощта на itextSharp

Как да покажа знак като "&" в pdf. Използвам itextsharp за създаване на pdf. Моля помогнете.

Трябва да ни дадете повече, с които да работим. Какво означава "не работи". Показва ли се нещо друго или героят просто не се появява? Анализирате ли HTML или просто използвате обикновени Phrase и Paragraph класове? По-долу е пълна извадка, която използва обикновени класове iTextSharp, както и HTMLWorker за показване на амперсанд. И трите работят добре за мен:
